We are looking for an **Administrative assistant** at our **Guelph location.**

Responsibilities include:
- 1. Stocking in wholesale and trade vehicles.
2. Licensing
3. Writing cheques for vehicles, lease buyouts, drivers etc.
4. Creating tags for the vehicle keys.
5. Processing invoices from various vendors.
6. Working closely with owners and the administrative team.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1. Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
2. Experience with Licensing is preferred.
3. Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment.
4. Computer skills (Word and Excel) a minimum.
5. Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
6. The ability to work independently in an unsupervised arrangement and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
7. Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized.
