Aardvark Drilling Inc. provides high quality drilling services throughout Ontario, Eastern Canada, Bermuda, and anywhere we are needed. Since 2002, we have been bringing our extensive expertise and a high level of service to drilling projects in several areas.

This position is on site at our office location at 5896 Wellington Road 7, Guelph, Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.

**Duties**
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Collect preliminary service client information over the phone
- Perform clerical duties, including scanning, filing, and data entry
- Create project files in QuickBooks Online
- Assist in scheduling of service crew and communication with clients
- Collect payments for service calls over the phone
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Other duties as required

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in QuickBooks an asset
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems
- Ability to proofread various documents accurately
