Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling service calls
- Maintain and organize customer records and files
- Verifying invoices and month end statements
- Creating and building sales presentations to assist sales team
- Additional administrative functions per business requirements

Qualifications:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understand simple accounting/numbers
- Excellent clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.85-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
