**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - CEO (bilingual)**
**Guelph, ON**
**Full-Time, Permanent**

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Bilingual Executive Assistant is responsible for providing senior administrative support to the CEO and the bilingual Board of Directors. This role has one direct report.
**Responsibilities**:
CEO
- Provides comprehensive administrative support for the CEO office inclusive of daily schedule and calendar management, communication and correspondence preparation, meeting and travel arrangements and reports and presentation preparation.
- Participates in CEO and Governance budget preparation and yearly administration inclusive of expense planning, reporting, and management.
Board Of Directors
- Acting as Board Secretary, provides administrative support to the Board of Directors, and all Board Committees; coordinates meetings, documentation, meeting minutes and action plan follow-up communication; assists in the development, coordination/implementation of annual work plans
- Coordinates all internal and external French translation of Board of Directors material and correspondence
- Coordinates and manage the Board of Directors SharePoint portal, inclusive of board training and follow up
Other Responsibilities
- Manages the Administrative Assistant role; provides guidance on tasks and projects as required; delegates administrative work as appropriate; manages overall workload. Sets role expectations and annual objectives. Provides training and development.
**Qualifications**:
- Five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO/Executive management roles and Board of Directors
- One-year college diploma in administrative studies
- Certified Administrative Professionals certificate is considered an asset
- Demonstrated use of discretion, tact, and confidentiality
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Projects and SharePoint
- Strong French language skills (speak, read, write) required
- Strong organizational skills, strong attention to details, and ability to manage multiple priorities
