Position Description:
**At a Glance**

**Legrand **has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Representative (Summer Student) **to join the **Electrical Wiring Systems Team** in **Vaughan, ON.** The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing orders and returns and other similar related duties. Maintains an ongoing relationship with customers, field sales & distribution.

**What Will You Do?**
- Processes orders received through our CRM tool, Returns and Expedites the delivery of selected orders.
- Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
- Performs other similar and related duties as required.

Qualifications:
**Required Skills**:

- Registered as a full-time student during the preceding academic year;
- Intends to return to school on a full-time basis for the upcoming academic year;
- Is a student in a secondary or post-secondary educational program; and
- Is legally entitled to work in Canada.

**Skills/Knowledge/Abilities**
- Must have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer orientation.
- Industry knowledge, technical, electrical and/or mechanical experience or aptitude is preferred.
- The ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment is a must. Requires strong organizational and time management skills and be able to effectively multi-task.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of electrical concepts and a background in a manufacturing environment a plus.
