**Triumph Tool Ltd. **is one of Canada's leading distributors of high quality metal cutting tools and related niche products, servicing Southern Ontario's precision machining industry since 1979. We currently serve the market by way of our head office located in Guelph, and our branch offices located in Vaughn and Windsor.

Triumph's customers are involved in several segments of the metalworking industry including mold manufacturing, tool and die, automotive components, OEM manufacturers, power generation, oil & gas, and general machining. **We have the following position available immediately in our Vaughn location**:
**Customer Service Representative**

Responsibilities include:

- order processing
- customer service including quoting & recommending tooling solutions
- supporting our team of Outside Technical Sales Representatives
- outcalls to small and medium size customers
- some administrative responsibilities liaising with our head office
- light warehouse duties as required
- experience in Inside Sales environment
- minimum grade 12 although technical college diploma or higher preferred
- excellent communication skills
- proficient in Outlook 365, Word, & Excel. Prophet 21 experience would be an asset
- effective time management and good organizational skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
