Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire de comptes de vente motivé(e) et enthousiaste pour contribuer à la croissance de nos ventes d'expositions tout en établissant des relations clients durables. Votre rôle consistera à soutenir la croissance des clients grâce à des événements de salons professionnels tout en respectant les valeurs et objectifs de notre entreprise.

**Responsabilités clés**:

- **Prospection & Génération de Leads**: Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales via le réseautage, les visites de salons professionnels, et la qualification des prospects entrants.
- **Collaboration avec les Clients**: Comprendre et répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients.
- **Excellence en Vente**: Vendre avec assurance par téléphone et en personne, tout en garantissant la satisfaction des clients et en concluant des ventes.
- **Gestion des Relations**: Établir et maintenir des liens solides en tant que gestionnaire de comptes de confiance.
- **Suivi des Performances**: Fournir des mises à jour régulières à la direction via des rapports de ventes hebdomadaires.
- **Atteinte des Objectifs**: Dépasser systématiquement les objectifs de vente fixés par l'entreprise.
- **Participation à des Événements**: Assister à des salons professionnels et événements pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités et établir des contacts.
- **Développement Continu**: Rester informé(e) sur les tendances des salons professionnels grâce à des séminaires, des lectures, et des mises à jour sectorielles.
- **Marque Personnelle**: Participer activement aux campagnes de marketing et sur les réseaux sociaux pour promouvoir votre profil et celui de l'entreprise.

**Exigences & Qualifications**:

- **Expérience**: Minimum 3 ans en ventes.
- **Connaissance des Salons Professionnels**: Atout important, mais pas obligatoire.
- **Compétences Linguistiques**: Bilingue en français et en anglais.
- **Motivation**: Compétitif(ve), autonome, et esprit d'équipe.
- **Communication**: Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- **Résolution de Problèmes**: Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à relever les défis de manière créative.
- **Mobilité**: Permis de conduire valide et passeport pour des déplacements occasionnels.

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Sales Account Manager** to help grow our exhibit sales while building lasting client relationships. If you’re passionate about design, marketing, and leveraging new technologies to drive results, we’d love to have you onboard. Your role will focus on supporting clients’ growth through trade show events while respecting our company’s ethos and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities through networking, walking trade shows, and qualifying incoming leads.
- **Client Collaboration**: Understand and address client needs effectively.
- **Sales Excellence**: Confidently sell via phone and in-person, ensuring customer satisfaction and closing deals.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong connections as a trusted account manager.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Provide management with regular progress updates through weekly sales reports.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently exceed sales targets set by the company.
- **Industry Events**: Attend trade shows and events to identify new opportunities and connect with potential clients.
- **Continuous Development**: Stay informed on trade show trends through seminars, literature, and industry updates.
- **Personal Branding**: Actively participate in social media and marketing campaigns to promote yourself and the company.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in sales.
- **Trade Show Knowledge**: Strong asset but not mandatory.
- **Language Skills**: Bilingual in French and English.
- **Self-Motivation**: Competitive, autonomous, and a team player.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
