**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure all invoices received are entered into CONCUR accurately per approval matrix
- Manage accounts payable inbox
- Reconcile vendor statements against accounting records
- Biweekly AP list payment processing, posting, and remittance issuing
- Prepare journal entry for monthly credit card reconciliation
- Proactively collaborate managers to ensure all invoices are flowing accurately and on a timely basis
- Obtain credit card receipts for all company cards
- Other duties as assigned from time-to-time

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- With one to three years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Relevant education in finance or accounting is preferred
- Highly organized and able to prioritize to hit deadlines
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including excel
- Experience with SAP and CONCUR is an asset
- Experience inside a multi-entity environment is an asset

Salary Range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 per year
