**Administrative Assistant (Contract Role, Part-Time or Full-Time)**

**MAMEIX Retail Inc.**

The Administrative Assistant will support the Director in administrative and clerical tasks for an e-commerce business. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring accurate financial documentation and managing day-to-day activities.

We are looking for someone who is driven, adaptable and can wear different hats. No one day will look alike You could pack boxes one day, file a stack of paperwork the next, or drive across town the following day.

**Administrative Duties Include**:

- **Document Management**: Organize invoices, receipts and shipping documents
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input data into QuickBooks (entering invoices, bank reconciliations, etc.)
- **Documentation**: Draft step-by-step procedures on recurring tasks
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze profitability of products based on historical data
- **Prepping**: Package & label products in polybags
- **Shipping**: Prepare packages to ship including creating shipment plans
- **Inventory Management**: Reconcile inventory received and shipment quantities, submit reimbursement claims and investigate discrepancies
- **Customer Service**: Connect with customers in a professional manner and handle any questions or concerns about products
- **Drop-Off & Pick Up**: Drive to various locations around the city and surrounding areas to pick up and deliver packages including purchasing, processing returns and selling products
- **Maintain Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive financial information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Provides support to the Director and other tasks, as required

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Class 5 license, car insurance and registration
- Criminal records check including vulnerability sector check may be required
- Able to carry and lift up to 50 pounds (23kg)
- Relevant experience required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
