We are seeking an Office Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our team You will perform clerical, operational and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assist with daily operational & administrative needs

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Previous experience in the Security field.
- Having working knowledge of a Security Agency
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
