**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Accurately record and maintain financial data in the company's accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Monitor cash flow and assist with cash management activities.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis as required.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
Support the Controller in ad hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.
Administrative support for the CEO and COO to document policies, process or spreadsheets as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or worked in a similar financial or administrative role.
Prior experience in an international company or familiarity with international financial regulations is a plus.
Proficient in using Microsoft Dynamics accounting software and MS Office Excel.
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ethics and integrity in handling financial information.

**Working Conditions**:
This is a hybrid position so the individual will work mostly from home and be required to meet for team meetings as needed.
The individual will be required to have a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace conducive to performing the job responsibilities effectively. The Bookkeeper will collaborate with team members and the Controller using various communication tools, ensuring regular updates and coordination.
