**THE ROLE**:
The Regional Coordinator will be responsible for providing regional coordination and administrative support to our GTA East Property Operations Team. In this role, you will report to the Director, Operations and be tasked with using your strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities to support the delivery of “best in class” property operations to enhance our assets and tenants’ relationships.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Operations and the rest of the GTA East region.
- Coordinate various initiatives throughout the region.
- Prepare communications and ensure the smooth and constant flow of information between the entire regional team and various other internal teams.
- Coordinate travel, conference calls, and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare and organize various reports and information.
- Coordinate and maintain (with external call centre) the regional database for the Emergency Call Centre.
- Facilitate and distribute all documentation and process forms requiring approval to the appropriate teams.
- Act as an Office Manager for the GTA East regional office.
- Manage supplies inventory, including IT equipment, stationery, and business cards for all site offices in the region.
- Occasional reception duties, including answering and dispatching incoming calls and receiving and distributing mail.
- Participate in special projects and take on other duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- One (1) to three (3) years of administration experience, ideally within residential, commercial, or retail property management.
- Post-secondary education, preferably in business, accounting, or related field as an asset.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Well developed communication skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with internal teams, external partners and others.
- You are service oriented and know how to problem solve and offer solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to coordinate multiple competing priorities with discretion.
