Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will provide key support to the Outside Sales and Marketing team, contributing to the day-to-day marketing activities and continued success of G Adventures. This position will be responsible for assisting to execute the regional marketing strategy across both B2C and B2B marketing channels and is a generalist role.

This is a hybrid role our office is located in Toronto, Canada

What you'll be doing:
- A team player who collaborates to achieve the best outcomes within a fast-paced environment- Open to learning, adapting, and developing your skills to suit the needs of the project and business- Self awareness and using initiative will be critical to your success- An excellent communicator, both written and verbally, with strong attention to detail- Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines- Excited to learn on the job and happy to assist with tasks big and small- You have your finger on the pulse when it comes to marketing and travel trends

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Regional Marketing Manager with the creation, execution, and reporting of consumer and trade campaigns including tourist board partnerships, brand partnerships, social campaigns, monthly/annual promotional launches, and direct mail drops- Support the coordination of small to large consumer and trade events and activations including: sourcing quotes and venues, invitation creation and distribution, catering requests, and more- Perform quality assurance on deliverables- Maintain relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners by communicating information in a timely and concise manner- Learn and utilise G Adventures analytics and reporting tools to provide insights- Communicate with media partners and content creators where relevant

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or College degree in business, marketing, travel and tourism, or a related field- Experience in marketing on either the client or agency side is an asset- Knowledge of and experience in the adventure travel or tourism industry is an asset- Possesses strong organization and communication skills and demonstrates strong initiative and great attention to detail- Able to work in a team setting, as well as independently, within a fast paced and ever-changing environment, while juggling multiple projects and tasks at the same time- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote- Proficiency in French is an asset
