Office Services Coordinator

Reporting to the Office Services Manager, the Office Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to the office. This role will work in our Head Office four days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot, maintain and assist with head office technology (cell phone, Wi-Fi, Video Conferencing, VOIP set up).
- Upload and code electronic invoices
- Arrange telecom repairs for field properties
- Troubleshoot telecom issues at Head Office and in the field.
- Manage head office security cards and off-site storage
- Maintain head office databases (phone and property lists)
- Assist with month-end payment process by sorting and mailing cheques.
- Verify courier shipments and costs. Review invoices for accuracy
- Order business cards, bank stamps and name plates
- Maintain and stock office supplies and postage system
- Act as a backup for reception and banking
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3 years’ administrative experience required
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- High level of comfort with cell phones, tablets & computers required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Can-do attitude and exceptional customer service experience required
- Show close concern and attention to detail in your work
- Strong project management skills
- Must display a professional manner
