About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our ranks. Your primary focus will be on assisting clients in finding the perfect office space, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in identifying suitable office spaces across Canada and beyond
• Coordinate tours for clients to inspect potential office options
• Leverage our CRM to qualify leads, update information, and provide valuable feedback
• Manage your own pipeline, chasing feedback, updates, and deals to closure
• Collaborate with new workspace partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Deliver 5-star customer service consistently, making every interaction a positive one
What You'll Learn:
