**About Us**:Monde Development Group is a burgeoning construction company renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation in building solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Sales Coordinator to join our team for an exciting design, sales, and execution project.

**Role Overview**:As the Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for one of our pivotal projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a spectrum of initiatives, ensuring the seamless and successful execution of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial lead generation to finalizing sales.
- Develop and implement robust sales strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Exhibit a strong design sense to enhance project materials and presentations.
- Leverage Excel and other tools for effective planning and data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong design sense
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks without constant supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $2,900.00-$3,100.00 per month
