Grossman LLP is a Vancouver-based corporate, commercial, and real estate law firm that serves a broad range of local, national, and international clients. Founded in 1920, we are one of the oldest firms in the city.

This position will require various administrative and general office support including the following:

- Answering all incoming phone calls and greeting clients at the reception desk
- Kitchen and office housekeeping
- Organizing and maintaining the office shared-space calendar
- Courier and mail handling
- Filing
- Bank deposits
- Ordering of kitchen and office supplies
- Preparing marketing and advertising materials
- Assisting with basic IT support i.e. photo copier, webinar and boardroom set up
- General administrative duties and projects, as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

- 1+ years experience in a reception or administrative support role
- Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Publisher, Access and Adobe
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner
- Adaptable with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift over 40lbs

Considered an asset:

- Experience in a law firm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
