We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Administrator to join our team. As an Assistant Administrator, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role includes a variety of tasks such as answering phones, organizing files, scheduling appointments, assisting with meetings, and managing office supplies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist with dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented with excellent phone etiquette
