Description de l’emploi:
- Diriger l'équipe de vente en matière d'excellence en matière de sécurité et d'environnement.- Maintenir et développer les relations commerciales/clients.- Votre rôle sera de gérer efficacement l'interface entre les ressources commerciales et les clients. Tirer parti des attributs de la gamme de produits pour répondre au mieux aux besoins et aux attentes des clients. Évaluer les performances, définir les améliorations et aligner les ressources pour vous assurer que les objectifs de vente, de marge de profit et d'amélioration des prix sont atteints ou dépassés. Atteindre les objectifs de lancement de nouveaux produits.- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de fonds de roulement en réduisant les comptes recevables, en contrôlant les inventaires et en améliorant les comptes fournisseurs. Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de dépenses indirectes (SG&A).- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service à la clientèle et la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour réduire les plaintes des clients et améliorer la satisfaction des clients grâce à une livraison sans défaut des produits dans les délais.- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur de district pour évaluer en permanence le personnel et élaborer un plan d'équipe de vente via le processus interne PDR.- Évaluer en permanence les améliorations continue pour assurer une croissance commerciale ciblée dans le compte.- Mener les programmes de formation en ligne ou en classe pour comprendre les opérations globales des sites clients.-
- Gérer la rentabilité du compte (assortiment de produits, réglages de la pompe, tarification et comptes clients).

- Build and maintain customer relationships; lead sales team in safety and environmental excellence.- Align sales resources with customer needs to exceed sales and profit targets.- Optimize working capital by reducing accounts receivable and managing inventory.- Collaborate with CSR and Supply Chain to improve customer satisfaction and delivery performance.- Develop and implement sales plans for new opportunities, maintaining an accurate sales funnel in SFDC.- Conduct training programs to enhance understanding of customer operations.- Review processes for continuous safety improvements.

**Education**:- Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree.- What You'll Bring:- 3-5 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred)
- Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems
- Project management of complex projects
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports
- Experience working with multi levels in an organization
