About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Solenis LLC. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving sales growth in the pulp and paper industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with support engineers and service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and technical support.
  • Manage safety initiatives, customer site technical sales & service personnel, treatment program performance monitoring/documentation, and overall customer meetings & communication of business expectations & results.
  • Maintain and build business/customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
  • Meet sales, gross profit, product mix/profitability targets while returning value and savings to the customer.
  • Work closely with the District Manager to continually assess personnel and develop sales team plans through the PDR process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Science or other technical degree). We will consider experience in lieu of a technical degree.
  • 3+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or chemical industry preferred).
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them to drive business results.
  • Computer savviness and strong sales skills.
  • Customer-focused and driven to deliver results.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
