Our growing company is currently looking to hire an Onsite Administrator to join our Major Projects team, based out of our Grande Prairie office. This position will work 14/7 shifts, 12 hours per day at our High Prairie project until February 2024, with the possibility of extension.

**As our Onsite Administrator, you will be responsible to**:

- Ensure all employees sign in each and every day they are on site.
- Review daily schedule and sign in sheets in order to verify who is on site, who is missing and who is on days off or vacation.
- Prepare daily time tickets, and requests job numbers, change orders and scope of work each employee is working on.
- Input daily time tickets.
- Prepare change orders for Field Supervisor, input all change order information on request form and receive required signatures from CDN and Client.
- Complete and file all safety and quality control paperwork in a timely and appropriate manner
- Prepare and submit daily job cost codes and field ticket numbers as well as regular hours and overtime hours to each employee on site.
- Prepare Safety meeting documentation and information, complete safety meeting minutes, sign in sheets and submit to HSE Manager for documentation.
- Collect all FLHA’s, Hazard ID’s, Inspections and submit to the HSE Manager weekly.
- Maintain and update current truck lists that are on site, and monitor sign out and who has what unit.

**Qualifications Required**:

- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- High school diploma; a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Administration is an asset.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Effective working skills in MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
