**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As a member of our Supply Chain Team, the Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for administrative duties related to procurement, inventory management, and logistics planning.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Monitor and report inventory levels to supply chain management
- Collaborate with branch warehouse leads to reconcile inventory levels
- Review forecast performance and accuracy and provide recommendations for improvement
- Evaluate shipments and product levels to improve and optimize inventory control procedures
- Prepare, monitor, and update purchase order requisitions and resolve discrepancies
- Source suppliers and maintain relationships with existing vendors
- Solve day-to-day operational issues impacting on-time delivery of materials
- Work with branch locations to complete cycle counts of product inventories
- Support supply chain department with cross-functional initiatives

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience with inventory administration
- Working knowledge with inventory management principles including min/max, replenishment strategy, forecasting, and statistical analysis
- Ability to analyze data information and provide sound recommendations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive team attitude and strong collaboration and engagement
- Preferably, diploma or degree in supply chain or related discipline
