Experienced Internet Sales Manager

Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Ensure Customers are transitioned effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-store experience.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources;
- Utilize sales tracking system daily;
- Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity;
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs;
- Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management;
- Develop and maintain the new hire and interview processes for all BDC reps/appointment coordinators;
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show;
- Manage business development representatives for lead generation process
