Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative social media and digital marketing strategies that promote our brand, enhance engagement, and drive business growth in the powersports industry.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more, ensuring consistent messaging and engaging content.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos, that effectively communicates the spirit and excitement of the powersports industry to our target audience.
- Employ social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and identify trends and insights for continuous improvement of our digital marketing efforts.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image and fostering customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM apps like SalesForce to analyze customer data, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and optimize our digital marketing strategies based on valuable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing, providing recommendations for new opportunities and innovative approaches.
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.
- Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with influencers and powersport organizations to expand our reach, build brand awareness, and establish our position as a leader in the powersports industry.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, privacy policies, and ethical guidelines in all social media and digital marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Social Media Certificate and/or Digital Business Marketing is preferred. Relevant certifications and training in social media marketing or digital marketing will also be considered.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media/Digital Marketing Coordinator/Intern, or a similar role, preferably in the powersports industry or a related field.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, and their best practices for brand promotion and engagement.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in social media and digital marketing.
