Le directeur comptes clients organise, planifie et réalise les initiatives de vente à l’intention de nos comptes clients détail dans le but de maximiser le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité pour atteindre les cibles budgétaires annuelles.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:
- Préparer les plans d'affaires par client/catégorie en vue d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de marketing qui correspondent à l'orientation stratégique tant d’Agropur Canada que du client;
- Coordonner des programmes marketing et négocier des arrangements d’affaires dans le but de réaliser les objectifs cibles;
- Établir et présenter des rapports mensuels sur les affaires et les investissements, en identifiant les écarts par rapport aux prévisions et les améliorations nécessaires pour un bénéfice mutuel;
- Participer à l’établissement des objectifs de vente et d’investissement par catégorie de produit (budgets, chiffres d’affaires, coûts);
- Identifier les possibilités stratégiques misant sur l’avantage concurrentiel en offrant une valeur ajoutée relativement aux produits et aux services (y compris la distribution, la facturation, le regroupement des prix, l’EDI, etc.);
- Effectuer continuellement des post-vérifications en ce qui concerne les mandats de négociation et les recommandations;
- Travailler dans le cadre des budgets établis et tirer profit constamment des occasions d’ajouter à l’efficacité et à l’efficience en matière de frais de vente;
- Gérer aux quotidiens les dossiers inhérents aux développements des affaires;
- Participer à l'élaboration des objectifs de ventes et d'investissements par catégorie de produits (budgets, volumes, coûts) pour chaque client;
- Revue annuelle et mensuelle de la planification des ventes pour les clients sous sa responsabilité.
**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:
- Baccalauréat ou une maîtrise en administration des affaires ou dans une discipline pertinente;
- Minimum de (3) trois à (5) cinq années d’expérience en développement commercial (de préférence dans l’industrie des biens emballés pour la vente au détail);
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l’extérieur du Québec;
- Solide compréhension des rapports AC Nielsen, des principes commerciaux et marketing, des tendances concurrentielles et de la gestion des profits et pertes est exigée.
