**Job Description**:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify new business opportunities, and foster partnerships. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin will be essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and market dynamics, and identify potential clients.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in these markets, including schools, parents, and community organizations.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies tailored to K-12 market to meet revenue targets.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions in these regions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Center Director
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field if required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a tutoring or training setting.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
How to Apply:

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
