**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
**As a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator, we want you to be**:
- Detailed oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- An eager learner with a positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A Human Resources Management graduate (post-secondary)
- Fluent in French and English, written and verbal
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Able to complete a comprehensive training period in the office
- Able to participate in hybrid work model after the training period
- 2 year of HR experience
**WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS**:
You will perform a variety of HR tasks including but not limited to:
- Complete full cycle recruitment
- Coordinate the onboarding and off-boarding process and deliver new hire orientation
- Benefit and Disability Management
- Health and Safety
- HR Policy Updates
- HRIMS Administration and Maintenance
- Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement
- Other duties as assigned
