North York, Canada DPI Construction Management Full time

DPI Construction Management is looking to employ an experienced Human Resources Professional with strong decision-making skills, administrative and payroll experience, onboarding and hiring skills. The Human Resources Professional is essential as they will deliver effective services to all stakeholders in the success of DPI. The Human Resources Professional plays a key role in developing and supporting HR initiatives and programs and driving a positive and inclusive company culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Source, Recruit, Onboard and Offboard (including Termination Pay, Severance Packages and Exit Interviews)
- Create Employment Contracts and Negotiate Terms
- Create & Maintain Employee Files
- Arrange Corporate and Safety Orientations
- Coordinate efforts with various departments for new hires
- Deliver Employee Reviews
- Recognize Milestones, Goals, Achievements
- Handle day to day HR matters
- Run Payroll (Bi-weekly)
- Oversee Corporate Culture
- Plan Company Events (Lunch & Learns, Retreats, Holiday Party, AGM)
- Manage administration for Safety integration for employees (training records, scheduling training)
- Member of the JHSC
- Minor Accounting Duties (Administration, Overhead, Budgeting, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors in Human Resources Management
- 3-5 years Human Resources experience
- Solid verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- A helpful, problem-solving nature
- High integrity/discretion, with confidential information
