This is a great way to learn more about the real estate industry and hone your sales skills before becoming a Realtor.

**High Performer Tasks and Duties**:

- Pre-plan daily, weekly and monthly tasks to achieve conversion targets set by Director of Operations and Team Lead
- Meet and exceed conversion targets, including obtaining referrals and reviews from past clients
- Diligently qualify leads, then convert to set up appointments on behalf of licenced team members
- Follow up with leads as required, using appropriate messaging and media
- Attend Team meetings and events as requested
- Continually stay on top of industry ideas of lead conversion
- including execution of new ideas once approved
- Make 100+ contacts per week, calling on:

- FSBOs
- Sphere of Influence
- Past Clients
- Open house leads
- ‘Pond’ leads
- Maintain immaculate notes on each lead
- On-going practice of scripts and messaging

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ years experience in an inside sales role or call centre environment
- CRM experience or real estate admin experience would be a huge asset
- Goal oriented and driven to succeed
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong phone presence
- Friendly and polite demeanor
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and efficiently utilize time
- Ability to work independently, without supervision
- Fluency in another language would be an asset

**This will start off as a three month contract, which will be renewed upon successfully meeting targets for this role. We appreciate your interest, but we will only be contacting those who are selected for an interview.**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $16.55-$26.37 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
