**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Account Manager to join our growing team starting in May 2024. As an Outside Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealership clients, driving growth, and delivering exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with dealership clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our offerings.
- Track sales activities and performance metrics, preparing regular reports and analysis for management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in account management, sales, finance or customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Automotive Experience Preferred

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
