Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous examinerez les demandes ou opérations de crédit des clients et prendrez des décisions à leur égard, conformément à votre pouvoir d’approbation confirmé (PAC) tout en mettant l’accent sur l’équilibre entre l’optimisation des revenus et le profil de risque approprié. Vous veillerez à la sécurité et à la solidité des fonds de RBC grâce à un bon jugement et à une capacité d’analyse fondés sur la Politique du risque de RBC. Vous évaluerez les risques conformément aux directives imposées par les politiques de la Banque et applique le principe Le client avant tout. Vous prendrez des décisions à l’égard des exceptions aux principes, règles et directives de crédit, le cas échéant, une cote de solvabilité étant fournie pour toutes les demandes.
Responsabilités
- Approuver, refuser ou négocier les demandes ou les opérations de crédit conformément au PAC spécialement attribué et aux responsabilités reliées, en veillant à ce que les décisions soient prises rapidement.
- Agir à titre d’expert fonctionnel sur le plan technique, opérationnel ou des produits et agir à titre de personne-ressource pour la résolution rapide de problèmes.
- Prendre des décisions pour des demandes soumises par différents modes de prestation (p. ex., fournisseurs, courtiers, Vente directe, etc.) et communique la décision au client.
- Suivre les politiques et les procédures de RBC en vigueur.
- Agir à titre de spécialiste de produit et du crédit et, pendant le processus normal d’évaluation des dossiers, offrir de l’accompagnement continu aux employés de l’unité de vente et à ses collègues afin de veiller à la qualité des portefeuilles de crédit, de réduire les risques liés au crédit et de trouver des occasions de vente.
- Procéder à une vérification complète en fonction du pouvoir et des responsabilités établis.
- Examiner les renseignements sur les opérations et les documents sources, notamment les autorisations, les contrats et les autres documents afin de s’assurer que les détails des opérations sont clairement indiqués. Au besoin, veiller à ce que tous les documents soient suffisamment détaillés et conformes aux exigences s’appliquant au remplissage des formules relatives aux produits et services, aux exigences légales relatives aux produits et services, aux critères de limite et d’admissibilité et aux politiques en place. Énoncer clairement les conditions d’approbation afin d’obtenir les documents requis et de permettre aux auditeurs de confirmer aisément que toutes les conditions ou conditions préalables ont été respectées avant le traitement de la demande.
- Faire preuve de jugement dans ses décisions et faire appel au supérieur hiérarchique approprié au besoin.
- Continuellement réagir et s’adapter au changement.
- Traiter les volumes de travail déterminés par les normes établies de qualité du service (p. ex. les engagements existants en matière de service à la clientèle).
- Mener les activités d’accompagnement et les autres activités établies pour améliorer le rendement et l’expérience client.

- Expérience dans la prestation d’un excellent service clientèle dans un environnement de traitement des appels
- Expérience dans le domaine du crédit et capacité éprouvée d’appliquer les principes de crédit
- Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et d’interagir efficacement au sein d’une équipe
- Volonté de travailler efficacement dans un milieu dynamique
