Human Resources Agent - Recruitment and external staffing - Teleworking position

STATUS: Permanent full-time, non-unionized position - 35 hours per week
DIRECTION: Human Resources
STARTING DATE: As soon as possible

FUNCTIONS:
Reporting to the Assistant to the Director of Human Resources, the person is responsible for recruitment and external staffing of positions.

The person is also responsible for content management and the development of the organization's social networks.

The mandate requires travel throughout the province, including occasional short trips to the Nunavik region, as needed.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources; other academic background may be considered;
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment;
Experience in managing social networks will be considered an asset (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Tiktok,);
Experience working in remote areas will be considered an asset;
Good knowledge of the fields of expertise in health and social services;
Bilingualism French/English essential, fluency in Inuktitut is an asset;
Sense of responsibility and autonomy; sense of analysis, synthesis, rigorous and good decision-making skills;
Communication skills and high capacity to use computer tools;
Ability to work with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook;
Available to travel.
