SOMMAIRE DES FONCTIONS : Relevant de l'adjoint au directeur des ressources humaines et sous la supervision du conseiller principal en ressources humaines, la personne assiste l'équipe des ressources humaines dans toutes les tâches administratives et opérationnelles.

Plus précisément:
Participera à l'organisation et à l'animation de la journée d'accueil des nouveaux employés ; développera des partenariats avec nos différents acteurs à Kuujjuaq afin de mettre sur pied des salons de l'emploi pour la clientèle inuite et de promouvoir les emplois ainsi que les conditions de travail de l'UTHC. Aide à la coordination du programme d'étapes. Rédigera et mettra à jour les politiques et procédures de travail ou soumettra des propositions d'amélioration. Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux gestionnaires sur toutes les questions impliquant l'expertise RH, y compris les relations de travail. Contribuer à la conception et au développement d'outils pour améliorer les processus administratifs RH.

Volet administratif:
Rédiger et réviser les descriptions de poste ;
Effectue des affichages de postes internes et veille à la conformité ;
Conduit les entretiens de recrutement interne avec les managers ;
Agit dans un rôle de conseil et de soutien auprès des gestionnaires ;
Conseille les gestionnaires sur les meilleures pratiques RH à adopter dans divers contextes ;
Faire des recommandations aux gestionnaires sur les meilleures pratiques en gestion du personnel, incluant les relations de travail ;
Assiste la paie dans le processus de préparation et de vérification lors de la production de la paie ;
Effectue l'ouverture des dossiers des employés ;
Faire le suivi des différents types de congés prévus aux conventions collectives (maternité, parental, sans solde, à traitement différé, etc.) ;
Effectue le codage des dossiers des employés ;
Faire le suivi des dossiers d'assurances collectives ;
Répondre aux questions des employés et les renvoyer au service approprié si nécessaire ;
Effectue le classement des dossiers des employés ;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Qualifications**
Baccalauréat en relations industrielles ou gestion des ressources humaines; une formation universitaire dans une discipline connexe pertinente peut être pertinente ;
Expérience pertinente en gestion de personnel et en recrutement ;
Une expérience de travail en région éloignée est un atout ;
Le bilinguisme est essentiel français et anglais (parlé et écrit); L'inuktitut est un atout ;
Sens des responsabilités et autonomie ; sens de l'analyse, de la synthèse, de la décision ;
Capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire et à développer de bonnes relations interpersonnelles ;
Habileté à communiquer et utilisation avancée des outils informatiques ;
Maîtrise de Word, Excel, Powerpoint et Outlook ;
La connaissance du système de paie Espresso GRH de Logibec est un atout ;
CONDITIONS : Salaire Min. : 933.10$/semaine | Max.: 1 599,50$/semaine
