Under the authority of the Senior Staffing Advisor, and in collaboration with the Communications Department, the person is responsible for the recruitment and external staffing of positions. He or she works closely with managers and various stakeholders in the Human Resources department to understand the workforce needs and to deploy the best recruitment strategies on social media. The person will be required to use innovative and creative marketing strategies to promote the organisation and its values in its job postings, in order to attract, engage, recruit and retain top talent.

In collaboration with the Senior Staffing Advisor, the person is responsible for the smooth running of the external staffing process by coordinating recruitment activities for all types of professionals in the health and social services network.
- Leverage your job design, editing and writing skills to create engaging content for the IHC social media and employment platforms;
- Maintain a continuous and active presence on social media through various technological means - e.g. making short videos to present a job, responding to comments on our social media, instigating conversations, meeting contacts, advertising, etc. - in order to ultimately maintain our visibility and appeal;
- Create and repurpose diverse content for social media - for example, you can turn a therapist interview into a compelling blog post, a short informative Instagram video about a recruitment campaign or an eye-catching infographic;
- Prepare and disseminate job offers, representing the ISC at educational institutions such as CEGEPs, universities, and job fairs;
- Create and manage our social media calendar based on broader marketing objectives and data information;
- Work on retention issues such as the creation of a retention improvement committee;
- Follow up on job satisfaction and integration for new recruits;
- Track and optimize campaign performance on all social accounts;
- Oversee all marketing material requests from our sales team, including corporate presentations, posters and brochures;
- Advise managers on final selection;
- The mandate requires travel throughout the province, including occasional short trips to the Nunavik region as required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in administration, industrial relations or human resources; another university education could be considered (communication, journalism, management, marketing, etc.).

**Experience required**
- At least 2 years experience in employment branding marketing;
- Significant experience in recruitment / selection of staff;
- Ability to use social media for communication and recruitment purposes;
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to campaign performance and the design and analysis of publications or advertisements;
- Ability to work in partnership with multiple departments and stakeholders;
- Relevant experience in personnel management will be considered an asset;
- Sensitivity and openness to a new culture and region;
- Good knowledge of the fields of expertise of professionals in the Quebec health and social services network;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to influence others;
- Ability to systematically understand details, promote processes and manage objectives;
- High attention to detail, professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Proven experience in developing, managing and optimising large-scale recruitment and marketing campaigns;
- Bilingualism in English and French is essential, fluency in Inuktitut is an asset.

Hourly Salary between 26.66$ and 45.70$
