IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: Deputy Executive Director
STARTING DATE: As soon as possible

FUNCTIONS:
Under the authority of the Deputy Executive Director, the information agent develops, in collaboration with his/her colleagues, digital communication strategies in order to position the institution and to stand out. The information agent creates content and posts it online on the organization's various social medias.

He/She ensures the development and updates of the CSTU website. He/She is also responsible for the deployment of the intranet, the management of its content and the updating of information in collaboration with the stakeholders.

He/She supports managers in the drafting and distribution of written and electronic documents (news, press releases, promotional tools, letters, notes, etc.).

He/She participates, in close collaboration with the human resources team, in the deployment of recruitment initiatives, promotes the employer brand to ensure the influence and notoriety of the CSTU. She collaborates in the creation of audiovisual content to promote the organization and its jobs.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in communications or other education combined with relevant experience (in the absence of a bachelor's degree, a technique in a field related to communications will be considered, in which case the person will be paid in the range corresponding to his/her education and experience);
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in communications;
Dynamic bilingual communicator (English and French or Inuktitut);
Team player and collaborative;
Sense of responsibility and initiative;
Ability to convey information to a diverse audience;
Good ability to adapt to an isolated environment, to work with Aboriginal people and staff.

SALARY: Min. $ 917.70/ 35 hours Max. $ 1522.15/ 35 hours
