**About the Role**:
As an Account Manager, you will spearhead the delivery of top-tier medical writing and communication materials across varied projects and therapeutic domains. Acting as the internal liaison for all projects alongside our scientific team, you'll oversee project development from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
- Spearheading the development and growth of our publication division in tandem with the Director of Publications.
- Championing process improvements to enhance efficiency and value for both our business and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead client-facing interactions, managing project status and deliverables.
- Oversee project finances, pricing strategies, and revenue tracking.
- Drive business development efforts and contribute to proposal development.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
- 4+ years of client services experience in medical communications or related field.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of medical publication industry standards and guidelines.
**Skills**:
- Effective collaboration and time management abilities.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and command of English language.
