Here's how an Technical Training Coordinator for our Edmonton NAHQ office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the scheduling and coordination of technical course offerings.
- Provides customer service to internal PCL stakeholders for inquiries, comments, or suggestions related to the Faculty of Technical Training.
- Interacts and collaborates with internal PCL stakeholders for timely and effective management of internal technical training inventory.
- Ensures that all information related to technical training is up to date in PCL's intranet and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Reviews existing technical learning modules as necessary to identify updates or upgrade requirements for existing training modules.
- Collaborates with District HRPD, Operations, SME, and other stakeholders to verify identified training needs.
- Prioritizes the development of technical training courses, writes business cases as required, and provides recommendation for approval.
- Provides necessary support to the Design & Development group during the development, testing and rollout of training modules.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities and escalates those to supervisor as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent ability to communicate, network, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in program planning and course inventory management in large organization.
- Knowledge and experience in construction and project management is an asset.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in technical curriculum management and data analysis.
- Proficient in process mapping, value stream mapping, swim lane diagram.
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
