Clean Harbors is seeking a** Training Coordinator. **This **Training Coordinator **is responsible to book and schedule training programs for all new hire training. After training is completed, the Training Coordinator will upload all documents into Oracle. The Training Coordinator will also create and provide reports regarding each Branch Competency and training Deficiencies.

The **Training Coordinator **is also responsible for help planning Turnaround hiring and manage a schedule of up to 40 new hires at one time. When needed this person will plan Trainer’s schedule and site visits to help launch and support the re-vamped competency and mentorship program

- Coordinate and plan a training
- Be the point of contact within the training department for all new hires
- Manage and drive the training, and mentorship program within the field
- Provide compliance reporting and follow up to assist each branch manager with keeping employees compliant on all safety, regulatory and internal training
- Upload documents into Clean Harbors systems
- Manage training costs
- Maintain a training matrix for Canada
- Engage and assist in developing new training for employees at all levels
- Valid class 5 driver’s license.
- 3-5 years of industry and coordinating experience.
- Training and Development experience
- Ability to travel overnight as required.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Oracle)
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
