Canadian Royalties Inc. ("CRI") is a private mining company based in Montreal that operates a copper and nickel mine in Nunavik (province of Quebec), under the name Nunavik Nickel Project ("Project").

CRI allows more than 1,000 people to work on its facilities for the operations, including 800 direct employees and 400 subcontractors. It is an average of 400 people who live and work on constant rotation on the Project, whether at EXPO camp or Deception Bay camp, all on a fly-in / fly-out rotation. We also have about thirty employees based at our Montreal corporate offices.

**Your responsibilities**

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the Human Resources student will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources team with their daily tasks. Primary responsibilities include:

- Support the HR, Talent Acquisition team.
- Collaborate and assist in various HR management and Talent Acquisition issues.
- Support and assist in the staffing and job posting process.
- Prepare job postings and post them on specialized websites.
- Monitor job postings on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. and ensure that the company has good online visibility.
- Research job fairs and attend job fairs.
- Adhere to company health and safety requirements and recommendations.
- Performs any other related duties as requested.

- Student registered for a bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
