Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar hospitality setting is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems is desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creating a positive guest experience at our hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: $16.55-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
