**Your Role**

As a Media Sales Representative at Our Kids Media, you will be at the forefront of our B2B sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Sales Growth: Responsible for driving revenue growth through B2B sales and sponsorships across a portfolio of online, print and in-person brands
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Relationship Development: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and offering solutions.
- Client Account Management: Oversee and expand existing client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Market Understanding: Maintain a thorough understanding of Our Kids Media's products, competitive advantages, and market trends.
- CRM Management: Track and manage client information within our CRM system, keeping records up-to-date with all interactions and statuses.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Inside and outside sales
- Travel to conferences/client meetings

**The Sales Sectors You’ll Be Involved In**

At Our Kids Media, our sales sectors are categorized into three distinct but equally vital areas: private and independent schools, summer camps and year-round programs, and retirement communities and home care services. Each sector presents unique opportunities for growth and service.
- **Private & Independent Schools**: Our sales initiatives in the private and independent schools sector are geared to K-12 grades. We collaborate with a diverse range of private and independent schools to showcase their programs, values, and cultures, ensuring parents have the information necessary to make the best decision for their child's academic future.
- **Summer Camps & Year-round Programs**: Our Kids Media serves as a bridge between families seeking quality summer and year-round programs for their kids and teens. We help these clients highlight their unique offerings to grow their brand and registrations.
- **Retirement Communities & Home Care Services**: Our Kids Media focuses on supporting the transition into retirement living. We provide a vital service by connecting seniors and their families with communities and home care services.
- Proven experience in sales. Experience in B2B sales, media, digital marketing or similar sectors is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse client bases.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Experience working with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.
- Familiarity with the private school, summer camp, or retirement community sectors is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, contributing to overall team success.
