Junior Finance Administration Clerk

**Key Responsibilities**
**Daily Entries and Checks**:
- Accurately process daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
**Data Entry**:
- Enter and maintain financial data with precision and attention to detail.
**Ad-Hoc Admin/Finance Projects**:
- Contribute to special finance or administrative projects as needed.
**Receiving Cheques**:
- Receive, record, and process incoming checks from various sources.
**Updating Bank Statements**:
- Maintain and update bank statements as required.
**Office Admin Tasks**:
- Assist with general office administrative tasks, including mailing, handling customer requests, and managing forms.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
**Education and Skills**:
- 1-2 year business/accounting/administration diploma certificate*
- _*or equal relevant experience_
- Intermediate/junior bookkeeping skills.
- Intermediate/advanced computer capabilities.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Access and QuickBooks is a plus.

**Additional Information**:
- **Part-Time**: This position is part-time, with 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours.
- **Salary**: The salary for this position is $22 per hour.
