This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for an administrative agent. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best customer experience.

Iceberg Finance is a company that is well-positioned in the fields of auto financing and personal loans across Canada. Its mission is to help a wide range of customers who have difficulty obtaining financing. Offering adapted solutions, Iceberg Finance is recognized for its quality service and professionalism.

This position is an excellent opportunity to build on existing customer service skills. Fine tune your multitasking abilities, while developing your communication. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment.

**What will your mission be?**
- Perform income verifications, syndicate verifications;
- Validate the compliance of certain documents according to our policies;
- Handle incoming calls from dealers and merchants to assist them;
- Handle requests from dealers and consumers;
- Work collaboratively with credit agents on file follow-ups.

**This position is for you if you have the following skills**:

- Fluent in both English and French - proficiency assessment will be required;
- Good proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to analyze multiple documents quickly;
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
- Attention to detail;
Intermediate or advanced level of English is a significant asset.

**Work schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00 pm
