We are an import and export distribution company that has been in business for over 30 years.

We are hiring an in house order desk clerk for a full time position Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

**Requirements**:
Computer skills in Excel and Word

Fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.

Courteous telephone manner

Commence immediately

Minimum 2 years work experience in the business sector

**Responsibilities**:
Taking sales orders from customers and sales representatives

Processing invoices and purchase orders

Filing and general clerical duties

Arranging delivery scheules

**Qualifications**:
Must have minimum 2 years work experience in the business sector

Excellent computer skills in Excel and Word

Must have minimum Grade 12 education

Demonstrate ability to perform general clerical duties

Must have good communication skills both written and oral

Must have ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions

Must be able to work in a team environment

Salary is commensurate with experience and starts from $18/hr with health benefits.

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
