Clarkridge career Institute is a renowned private career college in the GTA. Clarkridge is now actively seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Brampton campus.

**Primary Purpose**:
The primary purpose of the ‘Office Administrative Assistant position is to support visitors, students, Instructors, and other staff of Clarkridge Career Institute contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Make sure that all the incoming calls are answered and directed in an efficient manner.
- Resolve student concerns related to schedules, fee payments, etc. in coordination with the Campus Administrator.
- Assist the students with regards to schedules and coordinate with the Campus Administrator to make sure the students are able to complete their course/program as per the expected completion date.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems (student files).
- Effectively maintaining student records and record management.
- Assist in smooth functioning of the institute in the evenings and weekends and in the absence of Campus Administrator.
- Order office supplies and maintains inventory
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Open and Close the campus as required
- May compile data, statistics, and other info to support Campus Administrator
- Any additional tasks assigned by the Campus Administrator

**Skills and Qualification**:

- Completion of secondary school required
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Completion of a one or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries is an asset
- Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task required
- Must possess excellent typing skills and customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is must

**Job Type**: Part-time
