**Job Summary**:
The Accounting & Admin Assistant will perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable, billing, and receivables.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Completes data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Routinely reviews invoices, billing statements, and similar documents for accuracy; reports any discrepancies to supervisory staff.
- Distributes accounting reports as instructed.
- Assists with answering telephones, shipping/receiving, and other admin tasks as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
- Intermediate Quickbooks Desktop experience

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bookkeeping training preferred.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
