- Proficient in data entry and using online computer software such as QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices

This position requires a reliable individual who is comfortable working with numbers and has strong attention to detail. The Assistant Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the bookkeeping team.
