**Role Description**:
Primeko Home, LG Electronics showroom, is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant Manager for its Toronto, ON location. This on-site role involves supporting the sales team, and store managers, managing customer inquiries, and assisting in developing sales strategies to meet targets. The Sales Assistant Manager will be key in driving sales, supporting store operations, and enhancing the customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about retail, highly organized, and motivated to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. This position will help implement sales strategies, oversee merchandising standards, assist with daily store operations, and contribute to maintaining an exceptional store atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist store managers with daily operations, including sales support, inventory management, and staff coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find the right appliances and demonstrating product features.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and fun store environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Help implement sales strategies, oversee merchandising standards, and support promotional events.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure product availability, and report any issues to managers.
- Support health and safety compliance and help maintain a clean and organized store.
- Oversee the inventory tracking system to monitor deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
- Evaluate daily product and supply levels to identify potential inventory issues and shortages proactively.
- Occasional assistance may be required for loading and unloading of inventory from the truck to the back of the store.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of retail experience, preferably in appliances, massage chairs, or related industries
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Korean is a plus)
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently
- Valid, appropriate work visa for employment in Canada required / Permanent Residency in Canada / Citizenship in Canada
- Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week (5 days) at the Toronto showroom

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Hourly wage of $18 + Commission

Pay: $35,776.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
