**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with team members to identify new business opportunities and assist in business development efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Help negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.
- Participate in outside sales activities as needed, including attending trade shows or client meetings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable support to the sales team.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong background in sales, account management, or business development.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
