**Day to day**:
You will maximize end of lease outcomes, through a variety of channels; renewals/extensions with lessees, in places sales to lessees or arrange for equipment sales to partners and third parties, while ensuring the equipment is returned in its agreed upon condition. This will require you to pro-actively plan and manage the portfolio stream-off maturities by main asset classes, develop sales strategies and in depth used equipment market knowledge and experience.
- Pro-actively coordinate regular reviews with Asset Management, Asset Sales and GBU Commercial Management to discuss upcoming lease expiries
- Assertively drive team decisions on most appropriate end of lease strategy depending on asset type, asset desirability, high RV positions, customer behavior (returning vs extending)
- Effectively communicate and report the outcome of the meetings to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and control
- Initiate and conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders to discuss and agree approach in case of problematic issues and possible/confirmed returns of equipment
- In case of equipment returns: determine, negotiate and organize logistics in order to ensure cost efficient and effective delivery of assets to be remarketed
- Coordinate end of lease asset inspections, enforce contractual cancellation terms and return conditions, arrange for the timely collection of restocking fees, excess usage, and damages to DLL’s equipment. All these activities clearly communicated to customer and internal stakeholders
- Liaison with vendor and dealer partners on all end of lease related requests
- Execute appropriate documentation, invoicing, and administration
- Quality of advice on and contribution to department/regional plan
- Alignment of regional plan to Asset Management overall plan
- System maintenance and integrity
- Country contribution
- Renewal ratio/stick rate

**Essentials**:

- At least 3-5 year relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact at different levels of a customer organization
- Strong focus on customer service and relationship management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French as English
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and good at building relationships
- Quality driven and results oriented
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Open to give and receive feedback to foster a learning culture in the team
